Grooved 02 Sensor chill block machined from billet aluminium to suck the heat from your stainless 18x1.5 thread O2 sensor bungs when tig welding.

You can also purge through this, unlike the 50 cal. 

Allow the part to fully cool before removal and a small amount of copper grease on the thread will help too.
